Fitness in Motion started initially as and outdoor bootcamp and small group training for people around Tung Chung .

Bootcamp Group Training

Bootcamp Group Training is our Functional Training type of classes.
Those classes focus on weight loss and vast understanding of movement patterns.

The classes are fun and each class is different from one another.
Sometimes we focus on cardio , core strengthening and stability and sometimes circuit training or resistance training – You never know whats coming.

No matter if you want to lose weight , relief back pain or simply want to improve your physical condition – those are the classes for you!

In order to make them as efficient as possible the bootcamp sessions are limited fro 10 participants only.

We want each participant in our group training to get their personal attention, focus and corrections.

  • With over 7 years of expertise in weight loss , behaviour change and sports specific conditioning – we are committed for our clients results and help them reach it.
  • From February 2021 our classes moved indoor so our members will not be affected by the crazy Hong Kong weather .
  • Our classes focus on improving movement patterns , understand body mechanics and utilise different fitness tools.
  • Sessions are designed to burn more calories , build strength or take the physical performance to the next level.
  • This is a full body workout sessions that will challenge all the aspect of your fitness : endurance , strength, power – you name it.


  • In the past years we have worked with people from different levels of fitness and backgrounds.
  • From those who have never done ANY type of exercise to regular runners and gym goers.
  • In all our group classes we have managed to challenge and improve performance and physical condition of all participants.

As part of our wholistic approach to weight loss and the combination of the right exercise , right nutrition and habits change we offer our members ongoing monthly consultation to help them stay on track in their weight loss journey as well as deal with the challenges and obstacles that they encounter along the way .
