And we all know how stressful it is to coordinate and arrange everything
for the special day.
We in Fitness in Motion are happy to offer our space and special services
so YOUR LITTLE ONE will have a BLAST of a Birthday.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. HOW DOES THE FITNESS PACKAGE WORKS ?

All packages works like credits.
You can book any class you want that is included in your package within the duration of the specific package.

3. WHICH CLASSES INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE ?

All the basic packages include access to all classes.
We do have special packages and ad hoc promotions for specific type of classes. Please contact us at +852 2390 2802 for more details.

5. CAN I START EXERCISE IF I NEVER DONE IT BEFORE?

All our instructors and coaches are highly qualified and experienced, so they adjust their classes to the level of the participants.
The best time to start exercise was yesterday.
The second best is TODAY!

7. HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS ?

After purchasing a package with us, you will receive an activation email that will require you to set up a password.

After the password is set, please download an App called ‘WELLYX’ and log in with your credentials .

On the app you will be able to book all the classes that are included in your package .
* Make sure to renew your package when the credits are over .

2. HOW LONG DOES THE PACKAGE VALID FOR ?

4 and 8 credits packages are valid for 30 days.
packages with 12 credits and over are valid for 60.
Packages can’t be extended ( unless classes canceled )

4. CAN I BOOK A FREE TRIAL CLASS ?

We don’t offer Free trial classes and if you would like to join any class, we will charge you a drop-in rate.
However, if you are interested to try different classes, we suggest you to get a minimum of 4 classes as we have huge verity of classes to try from.

6. WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS ?

All the classes in the studio conducted barefoot, so shoes are not required however we strongly suggest keeping good feet hygiene (Nails trim etc…)
As for equipment – for most of the classes like Yoga & Boxing we provide mats and gloves however we strongly suggest our clients to purchase their personal training gear from Hygienic purposes.

We can help you order some equipment here in a very affordable prices.

8. WHAT EQUIPMENT CAN I GET IN THE STUDIO ?

We want to keep things as easy as possible and we can help you get a Yoga matt, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gi as well as boxing gloves.
Just drop by, try it out and within a week you will have your order.
