Bootcamp Group Training is our Functional Training type of classes.
Those classes focus on weight loss and vast understanding of movement patterns.
The classes are fun and each class is different from one another.
Sometimes we focus on cardio , core strengthening and stability and sometimes circuit training or resistance training – You never know whats coming.
No matter if you want to lose weight , relief back pain or simply want to improve your physical condition – those are the classes for you!
In order to make them as efficient as possible the bootcamp sessions are limited fro 10 participants only.
We want each participant in our group training to get their personal attention, focus and corrections.
